Young Leaders

At VANEL we are encouraging younger people to take more involved leadership roles within their communities.  And, at the same time, we are encouraging those communities and groups such as charities to give younger people the opportunities to lead.
Connecting young leaders with their communities benefits everyone.

Jump right in and find out about our IGNITE Youth Leadership programme and our Young Leaders Network.

If you’re new to the voluntary sector, new to trusteeship, leadership, project management or social innovation, then we have set of leadership ‘workouts’ that can help with your understanding.

We’re also offering free Lincolnshire Volunteer Card training to younger people and other leadership training occasionally.
