The Compact Team
The Compact Team delivers the Compact for North East Lincolnshire. The Compact is an agreement between public sector and voluntary and community sector organisations working in North East Lincolnshire. It establishes rules for joint working so that organisations can work together more easily and effectively to respond to the needs of local people.
Based on principles of communication, joint working, action and trust; it provides a framework to strengthen relationships between the sectors and helps build stronger and more inclusive partnerships than have existed before.
The Compact is based on shared values, a shared vision and mutual respect and understanding.
The Compact Team also administers the Community Funding Group and provides general advice on funding and project development.
February 2007
There are 2 workshops on the two codes of practice at the Town Hall, Grimsby on Monday 26th February starting at 1pm for the Community Groups' code of practice and Thursday 1st March starting at 1pm for the Consultation and Policy Appraisal code of practice. This, again, will give people and organisations an alternative way to comment on the draft codes.
