Blue Lights Brigade is a programme delivered from Voluntary Action North East Lincolnshire (VANEL) in Grimsby.<\/strong><\/p>\n

Steve has recently retired from the Police Service after 30 years and Lucy has worked as a civilian in the Police Service for 12 years so they bring their huge personal experience and expertise to our programme.<\/p>\n
